Google is rejecting my email / My email is going to Spam
Google has recently changed it’s email policy and is now rejecting emails sent from a domain that does not have an spf record in their DNS.
An SPF record is a security record that allows specific email servers to send mail on behalf of your domain.
If you are using our email service your spf record should look something like this:
Host Name: @.yourdomain.example
Record Type: TXT/SPF
Address: v=spf1 a mx include:cheaperdomains.com.au ~all
If we are managing your DNS records, the spf record should be in your DNS manager by default.
You may have changed your nameservers to point to an external hosting provider while using us for email hosting and this record may be missing. If this is the case, they are managing your DNS. We provide the necessary records for our email to function in this article.
