Once AnyDesk is downloaded, you can open it directly from your downloads folder. In your browser, press Ctrl + J and that will open up recent downloads. You can now select anydesk.exe from the list.
Once opened, if you read us the nine number address at the top of the program, we will be able to gain access to your computer to help you with your issue.
